Laboratory performs a wide variety of basic and advanced hematology testing on whole blood, serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluids and other body fluids.
The Hematology Laboratory also performed body fluid analysis including:
- Automated Urinalysis with the IRIS
- Routine coagulation testing (PT and PTT)
- Joint fluid analyses for crystal evaluation
- Cell counts and WBC differentials on CNS
IMMUNOLOGYImmunology Laboratory
Novalab performs tests that aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune, infectious and allergic diseases.
The methodology includes nephelometry, ELISA assays. The testing is performed by ASCP-certified Medical Technologists and includes the following tests:
